DRIVER ONBOARDING
- Sign up using email, Apple or Google, and provide a mandatory Australian mobile number.
- Add your vehicle details, including make, model, year, connector type, and registration number.
- Take a selfie, to verify that you are real person which is securely encrypted.
- Add a payment method through Stripe for simplified transactions.
- Submit your application for admin approval, usually completed within one business day.
- Once approved, search for a charger, select a time, pay, and confirm your booking.
DRIVER BOOKING FLOW
- Search by suburb, state, or radius and filter by your specific charging requirements.
- Select a charger and choose a start and end time within available hours.
- Pay and confirm your booking while Stripe pre-authorises the estimated amount.
- Receive booking reminders via notifications at set intervals before your session.
- Access specific entry details and activate the charger thirty minutes before your booking.
- Capture photos of your state of charge before and after the session to complete the process.
